NEIGHBORS TOGETHER RUNS TWO PROGRAMS THAT THREE-QUARTER HOUSE TENANTS MAY FIND USEFUL: the empowerment program and the community café.

Empowerment Program

Neighbors Together's Empowerment Program connects people to important resources such as housing, public benefits, job training, health and mental health care, legal services, income tax filing, and other resources. Their staff offers personalized support to those who struggle with persistent barriers to stability, such as mental illness, addiction or chronic unemployment, with a focus on long-term planning toward increased stability. Community Café

Neighbors Together's Community Café provides free, nutritious meals in an environment that is safe and welcoming. They feed an average of 400 people each day and served over 80,000 meals last year. The Community Café serves lunch Monday through Friday from 12pm to 2pm and dinner Monday through Thursday from 4pm to 6pm. They also serve breakfast for those who are 60 years or older from 9am to 10am.
